Mango Rice Recipe
Ingredients:
• 3 Cups cooked rice
• 1 Raw mango
• 1 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1 tsp Turmeric
• 2 tsp Urad daal
• 2 tsp Chana daal
• 2 Green chilies
• 2 tsp Ground nuts
• 2 tsp Cashew nuts
• 4 Dry red chillies
• 5 Curry leaves
• 5 tsp Sesame seeds
• 5 tsp Oil
• Salt to taste
How to make Mango Rice:
Mix grated mango, salt and turmeric to the cooked rice.
Add half tsp of oil to prevent the rice from sticking.
Take oil in a pan and heat it.
Add all the seasoning ingredients along with green chillies.
Add in sesame seeds powder when ingredients start to splutter.
Mix properly and remove from the heat.
Cool and add this masala to the rice.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Mango Rice is ready to serve.
