| • | Mix grated mango, salt and turmeric to the cooked rice.

| • | Add half tsp of oil to prevent the rice from sticking.

| • | Take oil in a pan and heat it.

| • | Add all the seasoning ingredients along with green chillies.

| • | Add in sesame seeds powder when ingredients start to splutter.

| • | Mix properly and remove from the heat.
|
| • | Cool and add this masala to the rice.

| • | Add salt to taste and mix well.

| • | Mango Rice is ready to serve. |
