Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp dried Mint
  • 1 (9 oz) package Beef Ravioli
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • 1 tsp Sweet Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (minced)
  • 1 (8 oz) container plain Whole Milk Yogurt
How to make Manti:
  • Boil water in a large pot.
  • Add salt, mint and ravioli. Cook for about 3 to 5 minutes till the ravioli floats to the surface of the water.
  • Drain the ravioli and keep warm aside.
  • Place a small saucepan on low heat and melt butter.
  • Add sweet paprika and sauté.
  • Mix garlic and yogurt.
  • Place the warm ravioli on a serving platter.
  • Pour the yogurt on top and ladle paprika butter to garnish.
  • Serve thereafter.
