Ingredients:
  • 3 pounds Pork Spareribs (cut into serving size pieces)
  • 1 cup pure Maple Syrup
  • 3 tbsp frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
  • 3 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 2 green Onions (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds (toasted)
How to make Maple Glazed Ribs:
  • Fix a rack in a roasting pan and place the ribs with the meat side up on it. Cover the pan with a foil.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 1 ½ hours at 175 degrees C.
  • Take the maple syrup, orange juice concentrate, ketchup, soy sauce, mustard and Worcestershire sauce in a pan and mix it over medium heat.
  • Add the curry powder, garlic and green onions and stir thoroughly. Simmer for 15 minutes with frequent stirring.
  • Remove the roast from the roasting pan. Clear the pan of rack and drippings. Put the roast back in and cover with the sauce.
  • Bake for 35 minutes with occasional basting.
  • Season with sesame seeds and then serve.
