  • 500 g Steak
  • 6 Red Chilies
  • 2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1-inch piece Ginger
  • 4 Cloves
  • 2-inch piece Cinnamon
  • 3 Black Cardamoms, seeds
  • ½ tsp Instant Tamarind
  • 1 cup Water
  • Salt, as per taste
How to make Masala Chili Fry:
  • Take a small bowl and make a smooth paste of all ingredients (except meat and oil), using a little water.
  • Now, marinate the meat with the masala paste for about 2 hours.
  • Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan and fry marinated meat for about 20 minutes.
  • Add a cup of water to the pan and cook it on simmer till it is tender and the water has dried.
  • Serve hot.
