Ingredients:
  • 4 Half Boiled Eggs (chopped)
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Lettuce
  • 1 large Carrot (grated)
  • 1 large Beetroot (grated)
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon (juice)
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
How to make Mayonnaise Salad:
  • Refrigerate the lettuce. Then mix it with lemon juice, olive oil, sugar, salt and pepper.
  • Put carrot, beetroot in a separate bowls and mix each with little lemon mixture. Chill them in the fridge.
  • Take chopped eggs with mayonnaise in a bowl and mix it well. Keep it also in the fridge.
  • Place the lettuce in a dish and pour over lemon mixture. Lay the egg mixture in the center. Then surround it with carrot and beetroot alternately.
