  • 250 gm Fish Roe
  • ½ medium sized Coconut (grated)
  • 5 Green Chillies (chopped)
  • 10 Shallots (chopped)
  • 3cm piece of Ginger (chopped)
  • 1 stalk of Curry Leaves
  • Salt to taste
How to make Meen Mutta Thoran:
  • Take out the crust of the roe and slice it.
  • Take ¼ cup of water , roe in a bowl and whip it nicely.
  • Mix all the ingredients with roe except oil.
  • Take oil in a pan. Put roe mixture and cook for 10-15 min. Continue stirring.
  • Serve it hot.
