  • 250 g Methi (fresh Fenugreek Leaves)
  • 50 g Besan (Gram Dal Flour)
  • 50 g Wheat Flour
  • 5 g Sesame (roasted)
  • 1 tsp green Chilli and Ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp Jeera powder (Cumin)
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp Curd
  • A pinch of Sugar
  • Salt as per taste
  • A pinch of Soda
  • Oil for cooking
How to make Methi Leaves Vada:
  • Wash and cut fenugreek leaves into small pieces.
  • Take a bowl mix the fenugreek leaves, besan, wheat flour, curd and all the spices.
  • Blend well adding water and make small balls.
  • Deep fry these balls in hot oil.
Serve with chutney and sauce.
