• 1 Cup pearl millet flour
• 2 tbsp Sugar
• 1 Cup sour milk
• 4 Cups water

| How to make Millet Porridge: |
| • | Combine the millet flour with half-cup water.
|
| • | Transfer into a container and cover it.
|
| • | Allow the mixture to stand for about 48 hours in a warm place.
|
| • | Boil the remaining water and add flour mixture to it.
|
| • | Stir and cook for about 15 minutes until thick and smooth.
|
| • | Add sour milk and stir. Boil for 2 minutes.
|
| • | Add sugar and serve. |
