Millet Porridge Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1 Cup pearl millet flour
• 2 tbsp Sugar
• 1 Cup sour milk
• 4 Cups water
How to make Millet Porridge:
Combine the millet flour with half-cup water.
Transfer into a container and cover it.
Allow the mixture to stand for about 48 hours in a warm place.
Boil the remaining water and add flour mixture to it.
Stir and cook for about 15 minutes until thick and smooth.
Add sour milk and stir. Boil for 2 minutes.
Add sugar and serve.
