  • 1 kg Meat (minced)
  • 2 medium-sized Onions
  • 2½ tbsp Gram Flour, (roasted)
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • 2-inch piece Ginger (finely chopped)
  • 6 Green Chilies (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Oil (for frying)

    For Spicy Gravy
  • 3 medium-sized Onions
  • 1½-inch piece Ginger
  • 3-5 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • 2 tsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt (to taste)
How to make Minced Meat Balls In A Spicy Gravy:
  • Clean the minced meat properly and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Combine all the other ingredients and mix with minced meat.
  • Blend well and shape into balls sized 1-inch.
  • Deep fry the meat balls and keep them aside.

    For Spicy Gravy
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry onions, ginger and garlic till they are golden brown in color.
  • Now, add rest of the listed ingredients for gravy, barring coriander. Fry for a minute or so.
  • Add enough water to make gravy. Bring it to a boil, lower the heat and add the meat balls.
  • Continue to cook on low heat, until the gravy reaches the desired consistency.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot.
