Ingredients:
  • 5 cups Potatoes (mashed)
  • ½ cup Cream
  • 3 tbsp Butter (melted)
  • 2½ cups Flour
  • Salt (to taste)
How to make Minnesota Lefse:
  • Combine together potatoes and cream. Mix well.
  • Add butter, flour and salt. Mix thoroughly.
  • Take a small piece of the mixture and roll it out as thin as possible.
  • Deep fry them till they are lightly browned on both sides.
