• 1 Kg Apples
• 1/2 Kg Papaya
• 1/2 Kg Grapes
• 4 Bananas
• 4 Chickoos
• 2 Kg Sugar
• 4 tsp Citric acid
• 1 tsp Essence

| How to make Mixed Fruit Jam: |
| • | Boil all the fruits.
|
| • | Peel and cut into pieces.
|
| • | Boil them in water till they turn soft.
|
| • | Blend it well by a manual mixie.
|
| • | Add sugar and cook till the sugar is dissolved.
|
| • | Now mix citric acid.
|
| • | Cook till it turns thick.
|
| • | Add essence.
|
| • | Mixed Fruit Jam is ready. |
