• Juice of 2 Lemons
• 4 Eggs
• 1 cup Self-Rising Flour
• 1 cup Butter
• 3 tbsp Icing Sugar
• 1 cup Sugar

| How to make Moist Lemon Cake: |
| • | Cream 3 tbsp of icing sugar with butter.
|
| • | Add sifted flour and beaten eggs alternatively.
|
| • | Bake in oven for 50 minutes at 400 degree F.
|
| • | Boil sugar and lemon juice.
|
| • | Remove the cake from oven.
|
| • | Pour the boiling lemon mixture over it immediately.
|
| • | Cool in a tin.
|
| • | Moist Lemon Cake is ready. |
