Moo Satay Recipe
Ingredients:
• 400 gms Pork
• 1/4 Cup coconut cream
• 1/2 tbsp Lemon grass (chopped)
• 1 tsp Turmeric
• 2 tsp Coriander seeds
• 2 tsp Cumin seeds
• 3 tsp Ground pepper
• 2 tsp Sea salt
• Fresh cabbage
How to make Moo Satay:
Wash the pork.
Cut it into pieces.
Mix lemon grass and turmeric.
Toss with the pork pieces.
Add coriander, cumin seeds, ground pepper, coconut cream and sea salt.
Marinate for 30 minutes.
Char grill the pork pieces till done.
Serve with sauce.
