• 400 gms Pork
• 1/4 Cup coconut cream
• 1/2 tbsp Lemon grass (chopped)
• 1 tsp Turmeric
• 2 tsp Coriander seeds
• 2 tsp Cumin seeds
• 3 tsp Ground pepper
• 2 tsp Sea salt
• Fresh cabbage

| How to make Moo Satay: |
| • | Wash the pork.
|
| • | Cut it into pieces.
|
| • | Mix lemon grass and turmeric.
|
| • | Toss with the pork pieces.
|
| • | Add coriander, cumin seeds, ground pepper, coconut cream and sea salt.
|
| • | Marinate for 30 minutes.
|
| • | Char grill the pork pieces till done.
|
| • | Serve with sauce. |
