| • | Mix properly the spinach and lemon juice along with 2 tbsp of water in a liquidizer.

| • | Sieve the flour. Add ghee and stir it properly.

| • | Pour the spinach mixture into the flour and prepare semi-solid dough by adding sufficient water.
|
| • | Take radish and sprinkle little salt over it. Keep it aside for half an hour. Squeeze the water out.

| • | Add green chillies, coriander and salt.
|
| • | Roll out thin rotis out of the dough. Cook these rotis slightly on a tava and keep aside.
|
| • | Take one roti and spread the stuffing mixture.
|
| • | Make half moon shaped roti by folding it. Smear little ghee and cook both sides on a tava.
|
| • | Mooli ka paratha is ready. Serve it with fresh curd or pickle. |
