Ingredients:
  • For stuffing
  • 3 Radishes (Mooli) (Peel and grate)
  • 2 Green Chilies (chopped)
  • ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • ½ tsp Coriander Powder
  • Salt (to taste)
  • For dough
  • 2 cups Wheat Flour (Sieved)
  • Oil
  • Water
  • Salt (to taste)
How to make Mooli Paratha:
  • Add water and knead to wheat flour to dough.
  • Squeeze and drain radish in water.
  • Fry the radish in a pan till it turns light brown.
  • Mix salt, green chilies, coriander leaves, and red chili powder and add to it.
  • Allow it to cool down.
  • Take the dough and roll some puri adding two spoons of stuffing.
  • Roll the stuffed puri to thick in the shape of round roti.
  • Roast the stuffed paratha on a pan.
