  • 300 gms Moong Dal
  • 5 gms Cumin Seeds
  • 9 Green Chilies (chopped)
  • 1 Star Anise / Chakra Phool
  • 25 gms Chopped Coriander
  • 50 gms Onions
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Oil (to fry)
How to make Moong Vada:
  • Soak the moong dal in water for about a day.
  • Take the moong dal and grind it properly, it should become a paste.
  • Blend the paste in onions, coriander cumin seed and chilies.
  • Put little salt and deep fry it till it turns golden.
Serve hot.
