Ingredients:
• 1 Onion (chopped)
• 6 Green Chilies (slit)
• Coconut (ground)
• tsp Turmeric Powder
• tsp Methi Powder
• tsp Cumin Powder
• 2 cups Yoghurt (beaten)
• Salt (to taste)
• tsp Mustard Seeds
• Few Curry Leaves
How to make Moru Curry:
Heat oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds, green chilies, curry leaves, and onion.
Mix in turmeric powder, methi powder, cumin powder, and salt.
Add coconut along with water and mix. Cover and cook for a while.
Remove and cool a little.
Stir in the beaten yoghurt and serve.
