| Ingredients: |
• 1 Onion (chopped)
• 6 Green Chilies (slit)
• ¼ Coconut (ground)
• ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
• ¼ tsp Methi Powder
• ¼ tsp Cumin Powder
• 2½ cups Yoghurt (beaten)
• Salt (to taste)
• ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
• Few Curry Leaves

| | How to make Moru Curry: |
| • | Heat oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds, green chilies, curry leaves, and onion.
|
| • | Mix in turmeric powder, methi powder, cumin powder, and salt.
|
| • | Add coconut along with water and mix. Cover and cook for a while.
|
| • | Remove and cool a little.
|
| • | Stir in the beaten yoghurt and serve. |
