  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 6 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 250g mixture of Wheat, Rice, Corn, Besan, Jowar, Bajra Flours
  • 2 tbsp Black Pepper (crushed)
How to make Multigrain Poori:
  • Knead flour with salt, black pepper and ghee with warm water.
  • Prepare small balls and roll out into small puree.
  • Deep fry it and serve immediately.
