- 1 tsp Salt
- 6 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Oil
- 250g mixture of Wheat, Rice, Corn, Besan, Jowar, Bajra Flours
- 2 tbsp Black Pepper (crushed)
How to make Multigrain Poori:
- Knead flour with salt, black pepper and ghee with warm water.
- Prepare small balls and roll out into small puree.
- Deep fry it and serve immediately.
