| • | Make a paste of all the ingredients except mutton. Add salt to it.

| • | Mix mutton with this paste and place it in a cooker.

| • | Pour coconut oil into it and cook for about 3-4 whistles.

| • | Uncover and cook again on low heat for 8-10 minutes.

| • | Heat oil in a pan and fry the mutton pieces.
|
| • | Take another pan and fry the onions and green chillies till they turn brown.
|
| • | Mix the fried mutton and above mixture.
|
| • | Mutton fry is ready to serve. |
