Mutton Fry Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1 kg Mutton
• 4 Green chillies
• 8 Small onions
• 2-1/2 tsp Chilly powder
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp Pepper
• 2 tsp Coconut oil
• 4 Sticks cinnamon
• 6 Cloves
• 2 Inch Piece ginger
• 6 Garlic pods
• 1 tsp Coriander powder
• Salt to taste
How to make Mutton Fry:
Make a paste of all the ingredients except mutton. Add salt to it.
Mix mutton with this paste and place it in a cooker.
Pour coconut oil into it and cook for about 3-4 whistles.
Uncover and cook again on low heat for 8-10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the mutton pieces.
Take another pan and fry the onions and green chillies till they turn brown.
Mix the fried mutton and above mixture.
Mutton fry is ready to serve.
