Ingredients:
  • 2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 2 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 kg Indian Beef
  • 500gm Onion
  • 2 Big Tomato
  • 3 tsp Ginger (chopped)
  • 3 tsp Garlic (chopped)
  • 5 Green Chilli (chopped)
  • ½ cup Curry Leaves (chopped))
  • Salt for taste
How to make Nadan Beef Curry:
  • Fry onions, ginger garlic, green chili, curry leafs in 4 tbsp cooking oil till they turn golden brown.
  • Add tomatoes and keep for some time in medium heat so as it will be cooked softly.
  • Add all the masala powders and stir for 2-3min.
  • Pour 2 cups of water and boils it for 4 min till oil floats.
  • Add beef and more water till it cooked soft.
