  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 2½ cups Rolled Oats
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
How to make Oatcakes:
  • Take a large bowl and mix brown sugar and butter in it.
  • When the sugar starts to dissolve, add flour, rolled oats, vanilla extract and salt to it and mix again, so that all the ingredients are mixed properly and form a dough.
  • Roll out the dough and cut it in the desired shape.
  • Now, bake it for 15 minutes, at 325 degrees F.
  • Serve hot.
