• 3 cups Water
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1 cup Steel-Cut Oats
• 1/2 tsp Honey

| How to make Oatmeal Porridge: |
| • | Heat water in a medium pan and add salt to it. Bring it to a boil and stir in oats.

| • | Reduce heat to simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
|
| • | Remove the porridge from heat and serve immediately, or if a thicker texture is desired, cover saucepan and let it stand for a few minutes.

| • | Serve Oatmeal Porridge with raw sugar or honey. |
