| Ingredients: |

• 1 Octopus (small)
• 1 Cup olive oil
• 1 Bay leaf
• 2 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1/2 Cup tomatoes
• 1 Green chilli
• 4 Garlic flakes (chopped)
• 1 Pinch oregano
• 1 Cup spaghetti (cooked)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Chopped parsley
• Chopped green chilli pepper

| How to make Octopus Pasta: |
| • | Wash and clean the octopus.
|
| • | Allow it for drying.
|
| • | Put oil in a pan.
|
| • | Add bay leaf, oregano, cumin seeds, parsley, chilli pepper, tomatoes and garlic.
|
| • | Mix it well.
|
| • | Place the octopus on top of this mixture.
|
| • | Season it with salt and pepper.
|
| • | Cover it properly and put over medium heat for 45 minutes.
|
| • | Drain and place it on a plate.
|
| • | Mix the octopus sauce into the spaghetti.
|
| • | Serve hot. |
