| • | Season meat with salt and white pepper.

| • | Heat butter in frying pan and sauté meat, until brown on both sides.

| • | Transfer into a roasting pan and place onion slices and garlic over it.

| • | Pour in the water, cream, and red wine.

| • | Bake at 320 degrees F until the meat turns tender, for about 3 hours.

| • | Add more red wine if the bottom of the roasting pan dries out.

| • | Transfer into a platter.
|
| • | Combine the flour with the remaining liquid from roasting pan to make the gravy and pour over the meat.

| • | Serve hot. |
