• 6 Eggs (beaten)
• 1 Cup milk
• 1 Cup bread crumbs
• 1/4 tsp Pepper
• 2 tsp Butter
• Salt to taste

| How to make Omelette: |
| • | Soak bread crumbs in milk for 20 minutes.
|
| • | Add beaten yolks and mix it well.
|
| • | Heat the pan and put butter.
|
| • | Pour this mixture into pan.
|
| • | Place this in an oven and cook till it turns delicately brown underneath.
