| Ingredients: |

• 6 Onions
• 1 tsp Chilli powder
• 4 Green chillies
• 2 Cups besan
• 1/2 Cup rice flour
• A pinch baking soda
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying

| How to make Onion Pakoda: |
| • | Thinly slice the onions.
|
| • | Rub the onions with salt.
|
| • | Add the chilli powder, besan, green-chilli paste.
|
| • | Mix well to make batter. Avoid using excess water.
|
| • | Take a small portion of the mix at a time and drop it in hot oil.
|
| • | Fry till golden brown.
|
| • | Serve with chutney or ketchup. |
