Carrots need not always be had raw in salads. Occasionally a stir fry can really stir things up, especially when those baby carrots are glazed with orange marmalade.

  • 3 cups Carrots (thinly sliced)
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cups Water
  • 3 tbsp Orange Marmalade
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Pecans (chopped)
How to make Orange Glazed Carrots:
  • In a pot mix the carrots, water and salt.
  • Cook for 2 hours.
  • Drain and add the remaining ingredients and stir.
  • Cook for another 30 minutes.
