• 1 kg Fish fillets (cut into pieces)
• 1/2 Cup milk
• 1-1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 Cup cornflake crumbs
• 4 tsp Melted butter

| How to make Oven Fried Fish: |
| • | Combine milk and salt.
|
| • | Dip fish first, in milk and then, in crumbs.
|
| • | Arrange fish on an oiled shallow baking pan.
|
| • | Sprinkle each portion with a tsp of melted butter.
|
| • | Bake at 500°F for 12 to 15 minutes, or until tender.
