| Ingredients: |

• 10 tbsp Butter
• 3 Cups oysters (canned with juice)
• 1 Cup flour
• 6 Cups milk
• 1 Cup celery (dices)
• 1/2 Cup onion (slices)
• 1/2 Cup cream
• Salt and pepper to taste

| How to make Oyster Bisque: |
| • | Heat the pan over low flame.
|
| • | Melt 8 tbsp butter in the heated pan.
|
| • | Blend in flour.
|
| • | Cook for 2 minutes.
|
| • | Now add milk to the cooked mixture.
|
| • | Stir it on low flame till the mixture turns thick.
|
| • | Heat another pan and melt 2 tbsp of butter.
|
| • | Add diced celery and onions.
|
| • | Saute them till soft.
|
| • | Now add oysters and cook over medium heat till tender.
|
| • | Mix salt and pepper.
|
| • | Now add the oyster mixture to the cooked milk mixture.
|
| • | Stir in cream.
|
| • | Oyster Bisque is ready. |
