Oyster Bisque Recipe
Ingredients:
• 10 tbsp Butter
• 3 Cups oysters (canned with juice)
• 1 Cup flour
• 6 Cups milk
• 1 Cup celery (dices)
• 1/2 Cup onion (slices)
• 1/2 Cup cream
• Salt and pepper to taste
How to make Oyster Bisque:
Heat the pan over low flame.
Melt 8 tbsp butter in the heated pan.
Blend in flour.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Now add milk to the cooked mixture.
Stir it on low flame till the mixture turns thick.
Heat another pan and melt 2 tbsp of butter.
Add diced celery and onions.
Saute them till soft.
Now add oysters and cook over medium heat till tender.
Mix salt and pepper.
Now add the oyster mixture to the cooked milk mixture.
Stir in cream.
Oyster Bisque is ready.
