  • 750 g Chicken
  • 100 g Khoya
  • 250 g Yogurt
  • 7 Small Onions
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • ½ tbsp Ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 pod Garlic
  • 6 Whole Red Chilies
  • ½ tbsp Coriander Seeds
  • 5 pieces Cloves
  • ½ tbsp Aniseed
  • 2 sticks Cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp Clarified Butter
  • Salt, to taste
How to make Padampuri Murg:
  • Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients in a bowl except chicken, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and yogurt.
  • Take a pan and heat clarified butter in it and then add cloves, cardamom and cinnamon to it.
  • Now, mix all the ingredients in the pan (except chicken) to make a masala.
  • Put chicken in it and cook it till it is done. Don't add water in it. The dish is ready to eat.

the recipe is awesome. Will BE much better if this is converted to video
