- 50 g Makhanas
- 4 tbsp Sugar, grounded
- 3 tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Ghee
How to make Paggi Meva:
- Take a bowl and break makhanas in 2-3 pieces.
- Heat ghee in a frying pan and saute makhanas in it, for 3-4 minutes, over medium heat. Make sure that they do not turn brown.
- Now, put ground sugar in it, along with water and mix well.
- Sugar will form a light coating over makhanas.
- The paggi meva is ready.
