  • 500gm Dhal flour
  • 100gm Dhal
  • 1 tbsp Magarine
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 3 tbsp Friend onions
  • 4 tbsp Chili powder
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Curry leaves, sliced finely
How to make Pagoda:
  • Soak dhal in water for about 3 hours, drain and pound coarsely.
  • Now mix dhal with all the ingredients to form dough.
  • Put the dough in proper mould and deep fry the mixture in hot oil on slow flame.
