| Ingredients: |

• 300 g Paneer Cubes (Cottage Cheese)
• 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
• 1/2 tsp Ginger (paste)
• 1 Green Pepper (chopped)
• 1 Red Pepper (chopped)
• 1 cup Rice (cooked)
• 2 tbsp Oil
• Salt to taste
For Chili Sauce
• 1/2 tsp red Chilies (ground)
• 1 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
• 1 tsp green Chilies (chopped)
• 2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
• 2 tsp Corn Flour
• 3/4 cup Water
• 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Oil
• 1 tbsp Sugar
• Salt to taste

| How to make Paneer Kebabs with Chilli Sauce: |
| • | Mix paneer, ginger, garlic and salt in a bowl. Marinate it for 15-20 minutes.

| • | Alternately arrange paneer, red pepper and green pepper on the skewers.
|
| • | Brush them with oil and grill until they turn golden brown from all sides.
|
| • | Serve on rice, with the chili sauce.
For Chilli Sauce

| • | Grind red chilies, green chilies, garlic, coriander leaves, lemon juice and sugar.
|
| • | Heat oil in a pan, add the chili mixture and cook it for few seconds.
|
| • | Mix the corn flour into water and stir this into chili mixture.
|
| • | Add the salt and cook the sauce till it becomes thick.
|
| • | Remove from heat and serve with the paneer kebabs. |

| Serve it with plain rice and chilli sauce. |
