Ingredients:
  • 200 g Cottage Cheese
  • 10 Green Chilies (paste)
  • 2 Onions (chopped)
  • 2 Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 3 Red Dry Chilies (soaked and pasted)
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Green Coriander (chopped)
  • Salt
How to make Paneer Mirchiwala:
  • Put oil in a pan and crackle cumin seeds.
  • Now add ginger, garlic and chilies paste.
  • Fry for 1 minute and add onions and tomato.
  • Fry for 2 minutes on medium flame.
  • Add paneer, garam masala, turmeric and salt.
  • Fry on low flame for 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
Suggestions:
Serve with Paratha.
