Ingredients:
  • 500 grams Paneer
  • 6 Onions (chopped)
  • 4 Tomatoes (paste)
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Dried Mint Leaves
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 inch Ginger piece
  • 1 Cup Curd
  • 2 Green Chilly
  • 1 cup Cream
  • Salt ( to taste)
How to make Paneer Pasanda:
  • In mixer add ginger, green chili and tomato.
  • Melt up butter in a pan.
  • Add onion and fry it until it become brown.
  • Add tomato paste, continue cooking in a medium flame till oil start separate.
  • Switch off the flame.
  • Add paneer, curd, salt, red chili, turmeric, garma masala, dried mint leave ,cream and grinded mixture mix it well.
  • Keep it aside for 1 hour
  • On flame and keep the pan and add the milk to the mixture.
  • Cook in the medium flame for 5 min and switch off
  • Serve .
Suggestions:
Serve with chapati.
