• 200 gms Gondh
• 1 kg Flour
• 1 kg ghee
• 1/2 kg sugar
• 1 tbsp Sonth
• 100 gms Makhana
• 200 gms Char magaz (dried melon seeds, water melon seeds, pumpkin seeds)
• 100 gms Ajwain

| How to make Panjiri: |
| • | Heat ghee and fry gondh till it gets cooked.
|
| • | Grind it fine.
|
| • | Fry makahanas, almonds and magaz one by one in ghee.
|
| • | Fry flour and ajawin over medium heat till the colour changes to golden brown.
|
| • | Add fried gondh, makhanas, almonds, sonth and magaz.
|
| • | Mix it well and keep it for cooling.
|
| • | Once it gets cooled, add sugar.
|
| • | Panjiri is ready. |
