  • 200 gms Gondh
  • 1 kg Flour
  • 1 kg ghee
  • 1/2 kg sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sonth
  • 100 gms Makhana
  • 200 gms Char magaz (dried melon seeds, water melon seeds, pumpkin seeds)
  • 100 gms Ajwain
How to make Panjiri:
  • Heat ghee and fry gondh till it gets cooked.
  • Grind it fine.
  • Fry makahanas, almonds and magaz one by one in ghee.
  • Fry flour and ajawin over medium heat till the colour changes to golden brown.
  • Add fried gondh, makhanas, almonds, sonth and magaz.
  • Mix it well and keep it for cooling.
  • Once it gets cooled, add sugar.
  • Panjiri is ready.

You can also add:
1. Kish-mish
2. Kaju

We keep the sugar equal to the weight of Flour and Ghee. Its also tastes good.
