Ingredients:
  • 250 gms Pasta
  • 200 gms Tomato Puree
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 5-6 cloves Garlic, Chopped
  • 3-4 Basil Leaves, Chopped
  • 4-5 Fresh Oregano, Chopped
  • 1½ cup Cheese, Grated
  • 1 Capsicum, Chopped
  • 2 Onions, Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes
  • Salt to taste
How to make Pasta in Tomato Gravy:
  • For Pasta
  • If you want to make 250 gms pasta, you need to boil 2.5 liters of water with 25 gms Salt.
  • Then, cook for almost 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the pasta and rinse in fresh cold water. Keep it aside.

    For Sauce
  • Heat oil in pan and add garlic and salt.
  • After that, add onions and fry them till they become translucent.
  • Then, add Tomato Ketchup, Tomato Puree and Salt. Cook it until the sauce becomes thick. To this mixture, add the pasta, grated cheese, basil and oregano.
  • Toss gently.
  • Serve hot with salad.
