  • 1 kg Premium Mince Beef
  • 2 Onions (cubed finely)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Ground Cloves
  • 1 can Tomato
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 tsp Powdered Vegetable Stock
  • 1 pack Pasticio Pasta (thick tubular spaghetti)
  • 6 tbsp Butter
  • 9 tbsp Flour
  • 2-2 tbsp Salt and Pepper
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 2 Eggs
How to make Pasticio:
  • Boil pasta in a pot and keep it separately in a baking tray.
  • Put a frying pan on low heat and place in the onions, mince, salt, pepper & cloves and let all the liquids evaporated.
  • Pour in the oil & stock. Mix well.
  • Add tomatoes and tomato paste and mix well.
  • Simmer for about 30 minutes.
  • Add extra seasoning if needed.
  • Prepare béchamel sauce. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add flour, salt & pepper.
  • Take off heat and gradually stir in milk. Whisk well so that no lumps can form.
  • Add eggs and mix well.
  • Now bring the baking tray having pasta. Cover it with meat.
  • Pour the béchamel sauce evenly all over the meat. Bake in 180 oven until brown.
  • Serve and enjoy the flavor.
