| • | In a large bowl stir the flour and the salt.

| • | Cut in shortening till the mixture takes coarse crumbs.

| • | Beat slightly egg yolk in a glass and pour milk to make 2/3 cup liquid tota.

| • | Divide dough into half.
|
| • | Roll half the dough to an 18 x 12 inch rectangle onto a floured surface; now fit into the baking pan.

| • | Dot with corn flake cereal; and top with apples.
|
| • | Mix cinnamon and sugar; dot over apples.
|
| • | Roll the left over dough to a 16 x 12 inch rectangle; and put over apples.

| • | Seal the edges; cut in the top for steam to get off.
|
| • | Bake at 375 degrees F until golden brown.
|
| • | Cool on a wire rack. |
