  • 1 cup Spanish Peanut (chopped)
  • 2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 bananas (Peeled and Sliced)
  • 2 tbsp all purpose Flour
How to make Peanut Salad:
  • Stir together brown sugar, flour, salt and eggs in a saucepan over medium heat. Continue to stir till the sugar dissolves, then add milk and cook till the mixture thickens, for 20-30 min.
  • Remove it from the heat and cool completely. Take a glass serving bowl and layer portions of pudding with bananas and chopped peanuts. Chill until serving.
