I just made the dough following all the indicated quantities. Also for me the dough was far too soft to handle and added a lot more flour (at least another 300 gr) until I could shape it. I am about to fry them now... let's cross fingers :) Submitted by: Giovanna

As a first time naan maker,I made half the quantity to try it out. I found the mixture was very wet and impossible to form into a dough that I could handle. A couple more handfuls of flour,and the end product tasted fine:easy to cook in frying pan. Submitted by: Trish
