Pink Lady Cocktail Recipe

• 1 Egg White
• 1 tsp Half-and-Half Cream
• 1 tsp Grenadine Syrup
• 1 (1.5 oz) Jigger Gin
• 1 cup crushed Ice

• Pour the grenadine syrup, egg white, half-and-half, and gin into a cocktail shaker, over crushed ice.
• Cover and shake strongly, until the shaker's outsides have frosted.
• Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass and serve.
