Plain Rice Recipe
Ingredients:
• 2 Cups basmati rice
• 3 Cardamom
• 4 Cups boiled water
• 3 Sticks Cinnamon
• 3 Pepper
• 2 tbsp Ghee
• 1/2 Cup Sliced onions
• 3 Cloves
• 1 tsp Salt
How to make Plain Rice:
Pour ghee in a pan and heat it.
Add cinnamon sticks, cloves, cardamom and pepper.
Mix cut onions and fry; till it turns slightly brown.
In a microwave vessel, pour; boiled water, salt rice and the above fried mixture and stir it well.
Now keep it in a microwave till the rice is cooked.
Serve it with chicken curry and salad.
