- 600 gm Salmon Fillets
- Salt to taste
- White Pepper to taste (ground)
- 50 gm Dill (shredded)
- 200 gm Cream
How to make Poached Salmon:
- Lay the fillets skin side down in a greased oven casserole.
- Add on dill, salt and white pepper to taste.
- Put in cream and bake it at 175°C for 40 min.
- Serve it hot with boiled potatoes.
