Polish Horseradish with Beets Recipe

• 1 tsp White Vinegar
• 1 tsp Brown Sugar
• 2 cup Horseradish
• Salt to taste
• 455 gm Cooked Beets (grated)

• Take together vinegar, sugar, horseradish and salt to taste in a bowl and mix until it is well blended.
• Stir in the cooked beets.
• Pour the beet mixture into jars and keep it in a fridge for 2 weeks.
