- 1 tsp White Vinegar
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar
- 2 cup Horseradish
- Salt to taste
- 455 gm Cooked Beets (grated)
How to make Polish Horseradish with Beets:
- Take together vinegar, sugar, horseradish and salt to taste in a bowl and mix until it is well blended.
- Stir in the cooked beets.
- Pour the beet mixture into jars and keep it in a fridge for 2 weeks.
