Ingredients:
  • 1 kg Pork Meat (cubed)
  • 5 Onions (chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
  • 50 g Ginger (chopped)
  • 200 g Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 4 Green Chilies (slit)
  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 4 tsp Chili Powder
  • 3 tsp Coriander Powder (Dhaina)
  • 2 tsp Cumin Powder (Jeera)
  • 1 tsp Pepper Powder
How to make Pork Gravy:
  • Dry roast chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and pepper powder in a pan until black in color.
  • Mix pork with onions, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, green chilies, and salt in a pressure cooker. Cook until 4 whistles comes out.
  • Add the dry masala and stir well.
  • Pour in vinegar and soy sauce. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes on low flame.
  • Serve hot with rice.
