| Ingredients: |

• 300 ml Port wine
• 2 tbsp Raspberry jelly
• 60 g Sugar
• Cochineal
• 30 g Gelatine
• 60 ml Water

| How to make Port Wine Jelly: |
| • | Mix raspberry jelly, sugar, gelatin and water in a pan and keep it for 5 minutes to soak.

| • | Heat the mixture slowly until the contents get dissolved.
|
| • | Pour half the port wine.
|
| • | Add few drops of cochineal.
|
| • | Strain the solution through double muslin.
|
| • | Now add the rest of the port wine.
|
| • | Port Wine Jelly is ready.
|
| • | Pour it into a wet mould. |
