  • 2 boiled Potatoes (mashed)
  • ¼ cup Maida
  • ½ tsp Coriander Powder
  • ½ tsp Cumin Powder
  • ¼ tsp Garam Masala
  • ½ cup Bread Crumbs
  • Oil (for frying)
  • Salt (to taste)
How to make Potato Kebab:
  • Combine potatoes, half of bread crumbs, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Blend well to make a smooth mixture.
  • Shape the mixture into small kababs and rub into maida and in the leftover bread crumbs.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the kebabs on both sides, until golden brown.
  • Serve hot with tamarind chutney and curd.
