| • | Mix all the ingredients of puri, except oil, to knead soft pliable dough. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.

| • | Divide the dough into small balls and then roll each ball into small puris with the help of some oil.

| • | Heat oil in a pan and fry the puris on both sides until light brown.

| • | For Bhaji
|
| • | Heat oil in a pan and add cumin & mustard seeds and allow them to splutter.
|
| • | Now add ginger and chili to the above. Stir.
|
| • | Add potatoes, salt, turmeric powder, water and lemon juice to the above. Stir well and let the bhaji cook for 10 minutes.

| • | Put the bhaji in a bowl and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
|
| • | Puri Bhaji is ready to eat. Serve hot. |
