  • 2 purple Plums
  • 1 1/2 cups purple Grapes (halved)
  • 1/4 cup Radichio lettuce (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp dried Goji berries
  • 1 small Onion (thinly sliced rounds)
  • 6 dried Figs (de-stemmed and thinly sliced)
  • 1 tbsp vegan Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 tsp Agave syrup
How to make Purple Fruit Salad:
  • In a pan put oil, sauté figs in it for 5 minutes or until it is slightly caramelized.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and the caramelized fig into a bowl.
  • Serve right away or serve it chilled
